POLA ABSORBANSI ERITROSIT DALAM DARAH-EDTA PADA PENDERITA LEUKEMIA LIMFOBLASTIK AKUT (LLA) MELALUI KAJIAN SPEKTROSKOPI UV-VIS
Abstract
Leukemia Limfoblastik Akut (LLA) adalah penyakit kanker yang sering ditemukan pada anak. Diagnosis LLA dalam bidang medis dengan metode biopsi diketahui apabila sel blast dalam sumsum tulang dalam jumlah yang besar. Kekurangan deteksi biopsi adalah LLA beresiko pendarahan dan infeksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui angka eritrosit pada penderita LLA, pengaruh lama terapi terhadap angka eritrosit penderita LLA, dan perbedaan pola absorbansi eritrosit antara kedua kelompok. Pola absorbansi eritrosit dideteksi dengan spektrofotometer UV-VIS 1800, panjang gelombang 560 nm. Pola perubahan absorbansi terekam selama 1206 s dengan interval 6 s. Pengaruh lama terapi terhadap angka eritrosit dengan uji regresi linier, serta pola absorbansi kedua kelompok subjek penelitian dengan pendekatan deterministik dan stokastik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata angka eritrosit penderita LLA lebih rendah daripada subjek normal. Lama terapi berkorelasi sangat rendah dengan angka eritrosit yang dapat ditunjukkan dengan nilai R = 0,004. Perbedaan pola absorbansi eritrosit diuji dengan pendekatan deterministik dan stokastik sehingga diperoleh perbedaan nilai parameter. Perbedaan nilai parameter dengan uji Mann Whitney diperoleh Phit untuk masing-masing parameter dari kedua kelompok adalah 0.004, 0.274, 0.001, 0.111, 0.291, 0.331. Parameter berbeda bermakna adalah d1 dan d3. Sedangkan parameter tidak berbeda bermakna adalah d2, s1, s2, s3.
